Trauma Beyond the Story

A Two-Part Online Workshop with
Dr. Frank Anderson and Dr. Janina Fisher

December 5 & 12, 2025
12–3pm ET / 9am–12pm PT

Price: $279, early bird: $197 until September 30

We often think of trauma as something that happened in the past—but for many clients, it lives on in their bodies, beliefs, and behaviors every day.

In this rare collaboration, two of the most respected voices in trauma therapy—Dr. Janina Fisher and Dr. Frank Anderson—come together to offer a new perspective on trauma healing: one that doesn’t just revisit the story, but transforms how it’s held.

Through the combined lenses of neuroscience, somatic awareness, and parts work, this workshop will guide clinicians in recognizing the living legacy of trauma and the survival strategies that have developed in response to it. Together, Frank and Janina will offer practical, integrative tools to help clients relate to these adaptations with compassion and curiosity, rather than shame or avoidance.

You’ll learn how to:

Reframe trauma-related behaviors as intelligent adaptations, not pathology

Recognize nervous system cues and protective responses in real time

Help clients separate past trauma from present identity

Foster self-compassion, emotional regulation, and internal coherence

Guide clients toward reconnection with their inner wisdom and sense of safety

Whether you’re trained in somatic therapy, EMDR, parts work, or traditional talk therapy, this course will expand your integrative skillset and deepen your capacity to support lasting transformation.
