The Learning Lab is a yearlong series of immersive, applied-learning programs designed to help you understand human patterns through a thoughtful, trauma-informed lens. Each Lab combines expert teaching with guided integration, giving you space to take in new ideas, reflect on them, and translate them into meaningful shifts in your personal or professional life.
Each Lab is intentionally designed to help insights settle — not just in the mind, but in the body and in the rhythms of daily life. Depth without overwhelm. Insight that can actually be lived.
Labs follow a structured two-part format: an in-depth main session with a featured expert, followed by a dedicated integration session with Frank. This creates a rhythm that supports both understanding and application.
The Learning Lab offers time to learn, time to process, and time to return. Participants often find the material becomes more resonant, not more overwhelming, because it's delivered with intention and space.
Between sessions, you can share reflections, questions, or observations. Frank synthesizes these submissions to shape the integration session, creating a learning environment that evolves with the community.
Every Lab highlights patterns as adaptive responses shaped by experience. You'll gain frameworks for understanding your internal world, relational dynamics, and clinical work — always with compassion, pacing, and realism.
The Learning Lab welcomes:
No prior training in specific modalities is required. Each Lab is designed to be accessible on its own.
A live, content-rich session featuring Frank and a special guest expert. You'll receive conceptual teaching, real-life framing, reflective prompts, and opportunities for participant questions.
Participants may share written reflections to Frank that help shape the focus of the integration session, so the conversation evolves with the community.
A dedicated session for slowing down, clarifying what emerged, and exploring how the material shows up in daily life or clinical practice. This is where insight becomes usable.
If you can't attend live, you can watch and revisit the material at your own pace.
The Learning Lab is not about urgency or self-correction. It's about clarity, compassion, and spacious understanding.
