Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to our self-paced digital courses purchased directly, including but not limited to The Integrated Path to Healing Trauma (Clinician Edition), The Path to Healing Trauma, The Arc of Healing, Trauma Beyond the Story, and Resilience & Forgiveness.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• You have completed or viewed no more than 20% of the course content;
• For courses that include live sessions (see The Integrated Path to Healing Trauma (Clinician Edition) below), you have not attended any of the included live Zoom sessions with Dr. Frank Anderson;
• Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.

If these conditions are met, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, subject to the following:

• Cancellation fee: a fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may be applied to approved refunds to cover processing fees, at the sole discretion of the Frank Anderson MD team;
• Annual limit: refunds under the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are limited to a maximum of two per customer per calendar year.

Refunds Are Not Available If

• More than 20% of the course content has been completed or viewed;
• You have attended one or more of the included live Zoom sessions (for courses that include them);
• More than 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase.

Courses That Include Live Zoom Sessions (The Integrated Path to Healing Trauma, Clinician Edition)

The Integrated Path to Healing Trauma (Clinician Edition) provides immediate access to proprietary digital course materials together with four live educational Zoom sessions with Dr. Frank Anderson. These live sessions are a valuable component of the program and cannot be refunded once attended. Attendance at any live session makes the purchase ineligible for a course refund. If you register for a live session and cannot attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future scheduled session, subject to availability and any scheduling guidelines established by Frank G. Anderson, MD, Inc.

Payment Plans

If you purchased on an installment plan and your refund request is approved within the 14-day window, any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled and amounts already paid will be refunded. If a purchase is not eligible for a refund under this policy, any remaining installment payments remain due and payable.

The Learning Lab is a yearlong series of live, immersive sessions with Dr. Frank Anderson and guest experts. Sessions may be purchased for live attendance or accessed later as on-demand recordings. Different terms apply depending on how you enroll.

Live Learning Labs

For registrations that include live attendance:

• Cancellation window: cancellation requests are honored up to 7 days before the first live session (the first call);
• Cancellation fee: a fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may be applied to approved refunds to cover processing fees, at the sole discretion of the Frank Anderson MD team;
• After the window: once the 7-day window has passed, or once the first live session has taken place, the registration is no longer eligible for a refund;
• Transfer option: in place of a cancellation, you may request to transfer your registration to a future scheduled Learning Lab, subject to availability.

On-Demand Learning Labs

When a Learning Lab session is purchased as an on-demand recording (usually after the first call is complete) or streaming access rather than for live attendance, it is treated as an on-demand purchase and is subject to the refund and cancellation policies outlined in Section 1 (On-Demand Courses).

Consultation Groups are live, cohort-based professional programs delivered over a series of scheduled online sessions, with limited seats reserved for each participant. Because seats are limited and reserved on enrollment, the following terms apply.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation window: cancellation requests are honored up to 14 days before the first live group session (the first call);
• Cancellation fee: a fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may be applied to approved refunds to cover processing fees, at the sole discretion of the Frank Anderson MD team;
• After the window: once the 14-day window has passed, or once the group has begun, the enrollment is no longer eligible for a refund;
• Transfer option: in place of a cancellation, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future group, subject to availability and open seats.

Payment Plans

If an enrollment is not eligible for a refund, any remaining installment payments remain due and payable.

Some programs and products featuring Dr. Frank Anderson are hosted, sold, and administered by third parties rather than by Frank G. Anderson, MD, Inc. These include, but are not limited to:

• In-person conferences, workshops, and speaking engagements hosted by other organizations (for example, events registered through a host organization or a third-party ticketing platform);
• On-demand courses and trainings offered through external learning platforms (for example, NICABM, PESI, Psychotherapy Networker, and the Academy of Therapy Wisdom); and
• Books and publications by Dr. Frank Anderson (printed books, e-books, and audiobooks), which are sold through third-party booksellers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other retailers.

Refunds and cancellations for these programs and products are governed entirely by the policy of the organization, platform, or retailer that sells them. Please review that seller's refund policy at the point of purchase and direct any refund requests to them. Frank G. Anderson, MD, Inc. cannot issue refunds for purchases made through third parties.

• Original payment method. Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account, or person.
• Discretionary exceptions. In cases of documented medical emergency or other exceptional circumstances, Frank G. Anderson, MD, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or transfer that falls outside the terms above. Any such accommodation is a one-time courtesy and does not modify this policy.
• Chargebacks. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter directly.
• Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The terms in effect on the date of your purchase govern that purchase.
