For Individuals Walking Their Own Path
Education, community, live learning and Frank’s writing, for anyone making sense of their own story. Start wherever you actually are.
Healing isn’t linear, and no two paths look the same. Some people are just beginning to understand how past experiences may still be affecting them. Others have spent years in therapy, read the books, and still feel stuck. Frank’s offerings are designed for both, and there is no single place you have to begin.
New to this? You do not need to know the terminology or start with the most intensive offering. To Be Loved is the gentlest place to begin, and the Learning Labs are designed to be accessible even if this is your first time exploring trauma and healing.
These aren't steps, and there's no order you have to follow. Start with whatever meets you where you are today.
The Course
Frank's flagship course for individuals doing their own healing work. Built on decades of clinical experience and personal insight, this course offers a compassionate, structured path through understanding your trauma: what happened, how it lives in you, and how healing actually unfolds.
Live Learning
Live sessions with Frank and leading guest experts, exploring the themes that matter most in trauma and healing. Open to individuals and professionals alike, the Labs offer a space to learn in real time, ask questions, and feel less alone in the work you're doing.
The Book
A companion to your healing journey. In To Be Loved, Frank brings together his clinical expertise and personal story to explore what it means to heal the wounds that shape how we love and receive love. Grounding, honest, and deeply human.
Online & In Person
Free online sessions, workshops and in-person gatherings that bring together people committed to their own healing. A chance to learn from Frank directly, connect with others doing the same work, and take your journey somewhere deeper.
Retreats will be added to the events calendar in 2027. Stay connected to be among the first to hear when they open.
Frank doesn't just teach about trauma; he writes and speaks from his own experience of healing. The personal pathway is built on that honesty, and it shows in how the material lands.
The course is self-paced. The Labs run on a regular cadence you can join at any time. The book is there when you're ready for it. Healing doesn't run on a schedule, and neither does this pathway.
The Learning Labs and events bring together people doing the same work. Community is not an add-on here; it's part of what makes healing possible. You'll find people who understand.
